Workshops for Therapists
EFT is a highly effective, evidence-based form of couples therapy that is rooted in attachment and systems theory. This model provides a systematic framework that is focused on de-pathologizing couples and helping them gain insight and understanding into their deep inner workings. These workshops are designed for all mental health professionals and graduate students interested in EFT with couples.
Our workshops are highly engaging and interactive to help you learn how to foster secure connections in your own practice with couples using EFT. We use demonstration, video clips, music, and experiential exercises to help you fully understand the material. Our goal is to not only help you understand the EFT model but learn empirically-supported skills that you can put into place with couples you serve.
If you are a therapist interested in attending a workshop with your own partner, please visit our For Couples page, as we offer workshops geared toward therapists and their partners.
